Counseling
Ministry

Our next generation leaders should walk in our footsteps, not in our shadow. Youths need to be invited, included, involved, before they can be influenced and impacted.

Counseling Ministry

The Counseling ministry falls under the Family Enrichment Ministry. Counseling at PCEA St. Andrew’s Parish used to be offered by the Clergy until in 2003 when the services were also opened to trained Church members and the Ministry operated under the Mission Committee.

The Counseling Ministry today has thirty-five counselors and is geared towards helping people cope with life situations in a way that glorifies God. This happens through counseling services and psychosocial services. The counseling services include individual, couple, and group counseling. The psychosocial services include peer education & counselors training, psychological & mental health talks, life skills training, mentorship, and substance use rehabilitation.

We render free counseling services every Sunday and during the week from Monday to Friday between 8.30 am-5.00 pm at St. Andrew's Church Nairobi.

We are located at the Counseling Centre, Opposite Room NHLG12 on the ground floor of New Hall.
Everyone is encouraged to seek these services by booking appointments through the Church Reception on 0707 257 000.
