Growth is a process and it is not automatic. In Eph. 4:15b, we are being called upon to keep growing in all aspects. God never created us to reach one level and stop. We should constantly be improving our skills, getting better at what we do. Stir up what God's put in you and get better at it..

During the growing process, keep yourself focused and allow God to do His work in your life. You have to take responsibility for your growth. Growth is not automatic. When you stop learning, you stop growing. Whatever you do, get better at it. Sharpen your skills. God can take you from the prison to the palace, grass to grace etc.

Growth and self-transformation cannot be delegated. You don’t grow in the good times; you grow in the tough times. Develop what God put in you, and He’ll take you further than you can imagine. Growth in God requires none other than God Himself. We need His word to feed and nourish us. 1 Peter 2: 2. We need prayer to commune with Him and be able to follow Him. Jude 20. Hearing Him or reading His word is not enough; we've got to believe it, obey it, and apply it in our lives. Jas 1:22-24."If anyone loves me, he will keep my word; and My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. "John 14:23

Grace and peace from our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. All Christians are royal priests and therefore should prayerfully identify their gifts and use them for service and for God's glory.

The church should therefore be characterized by bearers of grace willing to serve their maker willingly. We as Pastoral Team therefore urge all of us to aspire to use all our Time, Talents and Treasure to Serve God and humanity.
